Originally drawn to Pilates for its ability to quiet the mind and reconnect her to her body, Sallie now shares that same grounding experience with others—guiding students toward physical strength and mental stillness through thoughtful, accessible instruction.


With a foundation in classical principles and an eye for clear, step-by-step teaching, Sallie creates classes that meet clients where they are—never overwhelming, always empowering.
